She is a self taught photographer who enjoys nature and make unusual nature events come to life with her photography. Her talent includes not limited to the details of what she captures. The color scheme and the moment is communicated to the viewer vividly and boldly in her photography. She is our local Fullerton girl.
Linda is the wife of Bruce Whittaker, Council Member of The City of Fullerton.
We wish you good luck and hope to see many more of your beautiful work in the future.
Look below. Very interesting! It's a picture with both sides.
Our next atisit was Mounir Ghaly. He is better known as Mounir-Mounir. He also like Linda a self taught artist. He has traveled the world, visiting established artists' ateliers in several major cities like Paris, Moscow and Florence. He shows his fealress Imagination and execution with bold colors and brush strokes.
Marsha's sculptures to me represent modern contemporary art. And her jewellery pieces are unique and interchangeable from casual to formal wear. She also has a program for students. If you are a teacher you might want to get in touch with her to see how you can bring art to the class room.
Nohad is a very well-known Sculpture Artist. Her edible sculptures are something you will enjoy. The chocolate fountain was sculptured with chocolate and filled with chocolate. My kind of sculptures! Her current fine art focus is on endangered marine animals.
Her current creation of bronze sculpture of John Paul II is work in progress and you can see below a demo of the actual version coming out. She is planning to visit Vatican soon to present the Pope's Bust Sculpture to him. Her sculpted bust work include many well-known subjects including former President Ronal Regan.
We have to thank the MC of the evening Ms. Britt Sulivan who did a great job introducing all these artists. Beautiful Piano Music was played for the guests entertainment and food and vine was served.
Our thanks to Muckenthaler, Executive Director Zoot Velasco, his staff all the volunteers, members and the community who help keep this great historical place dedicated to artists. If you have time come visit this Gem and enjoy a day of history at Muckenthaler.
